SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD PLAN

The following services are not included in the standard scope of the ALL IN ONE plan and must be quoted separately, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the commercial proposal:

• Advertising Investment Budget: The amount invested directly in advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is the Client's responsibility.
• Production of Complex Videos and Animations: Simple video editing for social media is included, but productions with external filming, professional voiceovers, or complex 3D animations will be quoted separately.
• Desenvolvimento de Novas Funcionalidades Web/Mobile: A criação de novas seções, sistemas complexos, aplicativos móveis ou a reestruturação completa (redesign) do site não estão cobertos pela taxa de manutenção.
• Printing Services (Print Marketing): Graphic production costs (printing business cards, brochures, etc.).
• License Acquisition: Purchase of licenses for premium image/video banks, specific software, or typefaces.
• Development of New Web/Mobile Features: The creation of new sections, complex systems, mobile applications, or a complete restructuring (redesign) of the website are not covered by the maintenance fee.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The execution of the services depends on the Client's collaboration in providing information, materials (briefings) and approvals within the requested deadlines.
• All specific details, such as the number of posts, maintenance hours, social media accounts managed, and goals, will be defined and agreed upon in the Commercial Proposal, which complements this attachment.
