Last month (28) the graduation of the 4th Cycle of the Bioparque Business Incubator took place. In total, 11 entrepreneurs were certified in a ceremony held in the auditorium of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). The cycle took place between October 24th and April 24th, in collaboration with Sebrae.

Throughout the program, entrepreneurs were accompanied by a team of experts who helped to consolidate their products in the market. Participants also have access to a training itinerary that covers Technology, Market, Capital, Management and Entrepreneurship, contributing to the growth of companies and increasing their benefits.

Felipe Guedes is the owner of Vision Tecnologia, a company that develops websites and software. Second, participating in the Incubator changed his life as an entrepreneur. From the beginning, I assumed that the added value of the investment, both for my company and for me, would be very high. Therefore, do as much as possible to absorb all the resources that Bioparque offers me. We managed to create a very professional base structure, which allowed us to continue growing gradually and financially in a solid way.

The businessman highlighted that networking was one of the most memorable moments of his experience in the program. I managed to close more than 21 services within the Park and received incredible feedback thanks to my learning about process management and quality. For me, the most important lesson was to differentiate a traditional company from a startup and discover how to expand my business in a healthy way without compromising quality, he highlights.

Germano Rezende de Almeida, owner of the company GR Automações, also participated in this cycle. Highlights the intensity of the program's content. We work on five areas of knowledge routes with face-to-face support from the sponsoring mentor. What I learned most was the legal aspect, which allowed me to understand some contracts and their importance for structuring the company, growing and attracting investments with the arrival of product developers for society, he emphasizes.
